Program Overview: Deposit Program for Mountune Engine Assemblies

Program Description
a. The 50% Now, 50% Later Deposit Program allows customers to initiate their engine builds by paying 50% of the total purchase price as a deposit upfront, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of the engine assembly.
b. This program applies exclusively to Mountune engine assemblies and is not applicable to other products or services offered by Mountune USA.

Deposit Payment
a. Customers are required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total purchase price at the time of initiating their engine build.
b. The deposit can be made using authorized payment methods accepted by Mountune USA, such as credit cards or electronic transfers.

Completion Payment
a. The remaining 50% of the purchase price must be paid upon completion of the engine assembly, before the product is released to the customer.
b. Mountune will notify the customer of the completion date, at which point the remaining payment must be made promptly.

Restrictions
a. The 50% Now, 50% Later Deposit Program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless explicitly stated by Mountune USA.
b. This program cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing sales, special offers, or ShopPay installment plans offered by Mountune or any other entity.
c. Mountune USA reserves the right to modify or terminate the Engine Deposit Program at any time without prior notice.

Order Fulfillment
a. Once the initial deposit payment is received and verified, Mountune will commence the engine build process.
b. The customer will be notified upon completion of the engine assembly, and the remaining payment must be made promptly to finalize the order.

Cancellation and Refunds
a. The deposit payment made under the Engine Deposit Program is non-refundable.
b. If the customer decides to cancel the engine build after making the deposit, the deposit will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

By participating in the Engine Deposit Program for Mountune engine assemblies, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Mountune reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions as necessary, and any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Mountune website or other official channels.
