Mountune, a leading motorsport company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Motorsport Sales Specialist to join our team. This position will answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, provide technical support, and process orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to all mountune customers
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide technical support and answer technical questions related to mountune products
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong technical background and experience answering technical questions over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with automotive parts and/or motorsports industry preferred
